Upon the registration, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you - the person who will register for Men’s Advance 2026 2024-25. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organizers of Men’s Advance 2026 - Overflow Church. Please note that Overflow Church reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions - without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the Men’s Advance 2026 Website Page on overflowpdx.org. These changes will relate back to the date of registration. ### Attendance/Registration: Nobody will be allowed admission to Men’s Advance 2026 without registration. Attendees may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication, or security purposes whilst at Men’s Advance 2026 by Overflow Church and our trusted partners. Overflow Church is authorized to use and reproduce any and all video, photographs, or audio that have been taken of the participant, for any purpose, without compensation to the participant. All images and digital files are owned by Men’s Advance 2026, who reserves the right to use these photographs and/or video in print or online. The listed price of one Men’s Advance 2026 at time of purchase is non-negotiable, including applicable taxes and/or fee. Men’s Advance 2026 Registration cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits. The website overflowpdx.org is the sole authorized source for Men’s Advance 2026 registration. Please note that you register for the Men’s Advance 2026 on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either. ### Cancellation: Men’s Advance 2026 reserves the right to change, modify, or alter any aspect of Men’s Advance 2026 (including, without limitation, the appearance of any speaker or artist), at any time, for any reason whatsoever, without any prior notice or compensation to you. If Men’s Advance 2026 is rescheduled or moved, we will give you the options of either retaining or exchanging your registration for the new date/location. If Men’s Advance 2026 is canceled, you may be offered the option to transfer your fees to a future event or a refund. Please note that any applied taxes and/or fees at time of original purchase are not refundable in these circumstances. If Men’s Advance 2026 is rescheduled, moved, or canceled Men’s Advance 2026 and Overflow Church cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation and other related goods, services or compensation. ### Venue: Men’s Advance 2026 does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to Overflow Church or Men’s Advance 2026. Men’s Advance 2026 does not take any responsibility for personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained. All attendees of Men’s Advance 2026 agree to follow the event/property rules of Men’s Advance 2026 and/or Overflow Church. Failure to abide by these rules may result in your participation in the event being terminated immediately and your event registration becoming void from that point on. ### Property Rules: All persons, bags, parcels, clothing and other items may be subject to screening/security checks. We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel or other item and to deal with any unattended object, bag or luggage in such a way as we consider appropriate. The following items are prohibited on Overflow Church property during Men’s Advance 2026: * Firearms, ammunition, knives, and weapons of any kind (or toys that look like weapons of any kind) * Fireworks, explosives, and flammable objects * Marijuana, alcohol, and any illegal substances The smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce a vapor or smoke is allowed only in outdoor areas at least 50 feet away from any building on Overflow Church property. The following activities are prohibited on Overflow Church property: * The sale of goods or services, or the display of goods or services, unless prior written approval has been obtained. * The distribution of printed or recorded materials of any kind unless prior written approval has been obtained. * Unauthorized events, speeches, or use of any flag, banner, sign or other material for commercial purposes, or as part of a demonstration. * Photography, videotaping or recording of any kind, or otherwise engaging in any activity, for unapproved commercial purposes. * The destruction of any part of Overflow Church property. Proper attire must be worn at all times. We reserve the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other attendees. Please show common courtesy to fellow participants by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior, jumping lines. For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from running inside. Please follow all written and verbal instructions of our Overflow Church Staff and Helps ministry teams.
